EBC hands down for performance. Red are comparable to OEM A-Spec pads on the autos. Yellow are more grippy and squeal and dust way more than any factory pad. Almost like the older german cars. Blue Stuff is what I'm looking at next.

they also have orange Race pads among others, just make sure it's for the BREMBO/STANDARD TL and not the AUTOMATIC/NON-BREMBO TL since you have the nice 6MT Brembo

I used this guide for fitment and ordered from ebay/amazon:

I'm running the StopTech Sport pads and have had pretty good results.3 years and a little under 50K miles in in and they still have plenty of life left! I'm well past my due-date for a re-bedding though!

Cold bite AND high temp fade resistance is kinda tough in a street pad.

I guess stoptech sport would kinda fit that description.....but the cold bite isn't that great.

Are you tracking the car?

Not tracking the car, just street, the axis ultimates were amazing pads, great pedal feel, great initial bite and zero fade from high speed panic stops, ordered a set of hawk hps pads, now i just need to find the time at work to machine my rotors and install

Oh...I thought you actually meant high temp by your OP.

Any street pad should handle panic stops.

Not sure you'll love the HPS...but they're worth a shot, I suppose.

My vote would have gone to either the stoptech street (308 series), or really even just a parts store semi-metallic pad. FWIW.

I went 73k miles before my Stoptechs began to squeak. I chose to go with blank rotors for that run.

It was the set that comes with the Acurazine group buy brake/rotor set.
