so yea i just bought a used 2007 tl and was wondering if theres anything i have to do for optimal performance. I just reset the ECU didnt know if theres anything else? and any cheap mods that i can do hoping to make it look like the type s.

but welcome to the forum! you'll get a lot of feedback from other members here. some will encourage you, others will straight up tell you it's dumb. but when it all comes down to it, you're the one who pulls the trigger. after all, it's your car and you're allowed to do whatever you want with it. just remember to keep it classy!

Depending on the mileage, seafoam would help your gas mileage a bit. Also CAI will get you some extra performance. Then prolly do some exhaust mods: pre cat deletes, j pipe etc...

Welcome to the board and enjoy the ride. Whats a used '07 w/ navi going for these days?

I still have yet to do any performance mods as the $1,000 i've roughly spent on the car has been purely for looks (tint, springs, fogs, etc...)

mileage is at 59k planin on doing seafoam soon, i wana knock out mpg before i make her pretty. and i bought the car for 18k with type s rims, thought it was a good deal. and yea thnx for the tips yall
