...So part of my TLS was repainted in August due to an "incident" and part of the paint job was the repainting of the trunk as well as the lip spoiler

...I noticed just recently that for whatever reason either the lip spoiler over time has gradually moved or something...and now there's a black strip-like piece that is slightly hanging over the rear trunk line edge (between the base of the lip spoiler and the top of the trunk)

...I'm assuming this is some kind of addhesive strip that is supposed to keep the lip spoiler in place, which has moved slightly over the past couple months

I'm taking my car into the Acura dealer for some rattles this morning and am going to ask them on their opinion on what in the world is going on with it

my question to you guys is what can be done about this? I'm assuming the bodyshop is still responsible/liable for the issue BUT more importantly what can be done to fix this problem??? would it have to be repainted againnn??
