Body shops in Oregon?

Sorry--the pictures are confusing. Not sure what I'm supposed to be seeing. In the very first pic it looks like you got a fender bender... in another pic I see paint damages by the fender.. and the others I'm not sure whats going on. It would be nice if you can provide info on what happened. Unfortunetely I don't live in Oregon, so I can't really help.

parked too close to another car, small parking lot, cut the corner and their bumper put a nice deep dent just outside the wheel well. passenger door is also scratched a little.

got a quote for $1371 for fix my car. the other person had a 2001 accord sedan. only bumper had damage and theirs was quoted $700 to replace it. sound reasonable? thanks guys
