Question Body line differences

I just wanted to know if their was a difference in the 2005-2008 TL and TL-S. I know the motor difference and stuff but is their any body difference or interior differences that would make me want one year over the other? I want the TL-S but if it's going to be to much find one then I'll have to settle for a TL.
