Why is the site so damn confusing how can i order anything from this

Agreed. I've never been able to order anything from him. He should PM me (I work as a lead web designer for a large company) :selfpromotion:

 

Its near impossible to deal with him .. takes days to get a reply ... I'm still waiting to correct a problem that has started in May.

Well, I'm a fulltime teacher, thats my proffession. I also do art and design on the side. Vinyl has been a hobby of mine for years now. I've had personal problems in the past year, so replying to emails were alittle slow at times. I'm back on track now and things are better for me. Email is the best way to get a hold of me. You should work on the email replies - I emailed you a couple weeks ago and got a copy and paste job as a reply that answered none of my questions (and was a bit pushy - "when are you sending payment?" etc.).

 

My experience with Bat has been great and my order went through with no issues. True, its not an "order" website, but its not that hard to figure out. I have had his products on for a few years now and still holding strong
