Blind spot mirror

I have been debating whether or not to put on those small circle mirrors on the drivers side mirror for blind spots. ANybody else debate this? I get tired of looking over my shoulder, and prefer those as I had them in previous vehicles. The only thing that stops me is the thought of ruining the solid look of the car! HELP!!

I tried the little stick on mirrors and found out I couldn't see a lot of things, especially motorcycles, so I took them off. Then I found this thread in the 3G Garage and it solved all of my problems. Might take a while to get used to, but it really works and in the 3G TL it is a necessity.

I have the wedge-shaped (rectangular) blind spot mirrors on mine. I think they work better than the round ones... most auto parts store should have 'em.

I read the thread, but the question I have is how does that effect the "tilt on reverse" feature of the mirrors? At the current angle I have it I can see the rear tire and any curb I'm backing into.

Seeing is believing. Try it and see how it looks. How it affects me may not be the same way it affects you, so a personal experience is the best thing in this case.

Any way you can take a pic of your side mirror with that blind spot mirror? I'm sure I'm not the only one who's curious on how that looks on our TL mirrors.

or you can buy these....

Much more expensive, but not as noticeable and you can support an Acurazine vendor (or soon to be vendor) in the meantime..
