BLackout headlight question

After see a lot of DIY blackout headlight , I plan to do mine. Also I like the way the housing of the TL-S look . Does anyone know what paint should I use ? It's look like black chrome.

tried reading the DIYs?--should list everything you need

use high temp paint, engine paint- now in many colors
