Blacked out or cleared headlights
What will look better on my current setup.
Cleared headlights or Blacked out headlights.
Still debating on which i should do.
any help will be gratefully appreciated

alright I´m going for blacked out. Just have to build up the balls one day to stick my headlights in the oven. Do I have to buy an amber bulb for my turn signals?
And if there is anyone in south fl that wants to help me with this?

Why don't you just have JNC do them? I just got mine done, and he installed the CCFL's, new ZKW-R lenses, put in some red carbon fiber, and cleared them (I have a TLS so the insides are already dark). While you're at it, get some switchbacks (http://www.v-leds.com/Exterior-LED/T...89718-1-2.html) <---that's the part for your 04 TL. I can vouch for his work, everything turned out great and the swap-out program worked perfectly.

Plus i dont have an extra pair of headlights. So my car will be down for the whole time JnC is taking care of them.
You can have JnC build a set for you. You just need to provide all the stuff you want in the headlights mail it to him and he will install them for 150 i believe and he will send them to you and you swap it out and send your stock ones back. Thats all it take. Trust me man JnC did my lights and i love em. Good luck with your lights. Ohhh a def blacked out with the red halo's!

I had both. Mistake to do cleared. I dealt with the look for a few months before blacking them out. Don't make the same mistake I did and have to do the entire process over. Black them out

hey cellph titled how did you paint your grille and rims like that? i have a 2006 black acrua tl with black interior and i really want to do that to my car. if you could tell me how that would be sweet. and how much it costs.

plenty of DIYs for rim, just paint them black first, go get some 1/8'' red pinstripe from an auto store, trim the outer edge of the rims with it
idk if he painted his grille red or if it is black and he pinstriped inside, but i would say get it all painted black and use pinstripe inside

Hey I'm new here and saw a bunch of posts about this guy JnCs headlight work..anybody got pics? I have a black 04 TL all stock and want to do the blacked out headlight and tail lights. Thanks!
