medphreak - If I was going to get a dark exterior, I was going to go with the combination you're interested in.
I had a BMW with the same combo - totally classy, and extremely sporty as well. You'll love it! (except maybe for the upkeep).

I have it and love it... i have some pics of the inside showing a passport 8500 install... i will post more of the exterior soon... i added the wing spoiler and tinted the windows which was a must for Florida.

I have the Green w/parchment and the interior is awesome. Their is a lot of black in the interior on the dash/doors/console that make this a great combination. I would recommend you get the all-season mats, they come in black and look great with this combo.

I am SOOO tired of Black/Tan interior personally.
I have had 4 cars with that Combo:
(1) 91 LS400 Black Onyx/Ivory Interior
(2) 99 Acura TL Black w/ Parchment
(3) 00 BMW 323cic Jet Black w/ Sand leather
(4) 02 BMW 745i Black Sapphire Metallic w/ Beige III Leather
Ick...for me its black on black, pearl white on black, or something else with black interior. It is still a nice/classy combo IMHO, but I like the sportiness and ease of upkeep with the black interiors now. Only thing that sucks is I live in Vegas, so i get a burning ass when I sit in the seats in the summer time..good thing I had a carport built at my office to protect our cars.
I need to post pics of all my rides sometime...
