how do you take the silver parts around the front emblem off or where can i order black ones
and how do i get the back A emblem off to paint

Remove the front bumper for the front. The screws are through the back side of the black grille backing.
The rear pries off. Obviously be careful, use a plastic pry tool, and warm up the adhesive with a heat gun, or do it on a hot day after sitting in the sun.

Make sure the prep work is done skillfully. Also use good high quality auto paint. I wouldn't use spray paint personally. There is quite a bit of difference between the durability of spray paint, and the durability of high quality clear coat with hardener/activator.
