So after having lots of bad experiences trying to buy a TL here in Northern Virginia, and hearing other people complain about the local dealerships, I went to Ohio to get my car. Now, that was great, but since I can't go to Ohio for service.. I'm wondering which place my fellow NVA Acura owners prefer..
I am closest to Pohanka, but don't ever want to see them again. Has anyone found a decent place for service around here?

what problems did you have with pohanka? I bought my car there - wasn't overly impressed with the place..

well I went in there and haggled with them for over 2 hours and couldn't get a good price out of them (33,9 + destination, tax & BS fees for an 04 navi??) . They were lying to me, trying to rip me off to no end, and just acting really shady in general. I need to be treated with respect if I'm going to drop 30+k someplace.

I can see you don't like the sales dept, but the service dept must be better.
My friend at work who takes her Acura there, and she is satisfied with them.

I bought my TL from Radley at Bailey's Crossroads, but I have not had it in for service yet, so I don't have any personal experiences to offer.

Like Krypton Ken, I bought mine from Radley Acura in Bailey's Crossroads. I had a good experience with the sales department there and can only hope that it is indicative of the quality of the service department as well. Their service dep't is open until 2:00am too, which is nice if you're a night owl like me.

Been serviced at Pohanka with my RL and now my TL. Good to very Good service.

Bought my 00TL at Radley in Falls Church. I think the serice is excellent, I have taken it there since new. Give them a try and ask for Jorge Sands. If I don't buy my 05 there, I will take it there for service. Excellent technicians!
