once again, i tried searching but nothing really helped lol.

question is..

Both my fog lights are blown ( lower fog light kit, accord ebay plastic ). Been hearing stories how nokya and Luminics bulbs melt the plastic? What brand / wattage is safe for these plastic housings? any recommendations? its been months and i miss the look when my fogs worked

I use Philips Premium lamps (9006) in my '04 TL's fog lights. Where I live, we have a lot of critters running around and I want to get as much light on and to the side of the road as I can to see them. These lamps put out about a 1/4 to a 1/3 more light than do the stock fog lamps. I get them through www.autolamps-online.com.

Mind you, if you are looking for a bluish light, you will not want these lamps.

I think that you can safely put HID kits in both locations without any issues... I did for years with no problems...
