Best 5AT Navi price
What is the best price anyone has received on an automatic with navi?
If we consider the total price to be $ 35,195 (with destination), what is the LEAST anyone has paid under that?
$500 anyone?
$1000 anyone??

$1000 off is being attained without navi, but very unlikely that you will get that discount on one with a navi. I'm on my 7th Acura, and was able to get around $1000 off msrp, but that's because the dealer was trying to earn me away from another dealer who had sold me my previous four Acuras.
The problem you're going to face with Navi TLs is that only 27% are being built with it, so there's such high demand. Its not likely to get easier, IMO, because this car is going to get more and more sought after, and Honda is going to continue to allocate the Navi for the Accords (and maybe other models for all I know).
If the last three weeks of my ownership are any indication - meaning that strangers are walking up to me and stopping me at red lights and gas stations practically every day to ask about the car - the demand and popularity should increase.
If you find the color combination you want with the navi, and you're ready to make it happen, I suggest you move on it. You should have success getting trunk tray, wheel locks and mud guards at no charge.

"Possible he got this deal, but highly suspect. Remember, this is the internet, so you really must take claims like this with a grain of salt."
...This board is extremely informative....Which is what I love about it......But WHY is it whenever someone gets a good deal some folks always question their integrity?......Like I said.....$33,800
Deal details as follows:
42 month 15K balloon payment (NY Lease)
$1000.00 down
All taxes and MV fees rolled in
Mud guards
496.18/month
Residual: $19,357.25

Fisherman, it should be pretty obvious why I question your deal. There's a huge demand for the Navi TLs, and there are people waiting a month or more for their cars to arrive, so I'm suspicious of any deal that reflects such a deep discount on a car that the dealer could easily sell at MSRP to a number of other buyers.
This is the internet, and people can claim all kinds of things on these threads. You should not take it personally that someone doubts you.
Why don't you scan a copy of the section of your contract that shows your numbers and post it on here (obviously leave out personal data), and then you will have provided something legitimate that others can use to work themselves a better deal.
without that, its all just typing.
