The part you see just above the inner CV boot that has the two heavy bolts and appears to be 'bent' is the part on the link below:

It has actually separated at the middle rubber bushing.

Right hand side: 50280-SDA-A01
Left hand side: 50285-SDA-A01

You will have to purchase a used sub-frame since no one out there willing to take liability for the damage frame therefore then won't re-bent. I would try AH Parts locate in northern cali where they have stock of Acura and Honda used part, they also come with 6 months warrantee too.

This is correct, but as the subframe has moved, the other mounting points need to be examined to see if the frame has actually shifted, or is distorted/bent, so measurements need to be taken to verify.

I agree, looking at the picture the OP provided it does appear the sub-frame has shifted to the rear, as you stated. The husband must have really 'knocked the hell' out of sub-frame because compared to the picture below, from another forum member that also 'hit a curb', her sub-frame has moved quite a bit.

Heres an Image of the Center mount Bushing.

Then again, here is a picture from a forum member, at a different angle, and the sub-frame appears to be off; however, I believe this is due to the manner in which he has the car jacked up, based on the downward angle of the inner CV boot, more than anything.
