Battery torque

One thing I have consistantly noticed with my car is that when the battery is unplugged for a little bit and plugged back in I have tons more torque throughout the whole RPM band, most noticible below 3k though. I know that the ECU adjusts to your driving style blah blah blah, but something is taking away the majority of torque on these cars after the first fresh drive. 05 auto here

Yes, I live in Florida so it is hot most of the time. I just dont get why it would run so well once the battery is unplugged and so much slower when it has been through a few drives. Its almost like I need to turn off the battery every night, i tried the ecu reset through the throttle but it doesnt seem to work.

The "ECU reset by throttle" is a myth and placebo in my opinion, nowhere in the Acura service manual does it state that process.

I wonder if there is a way to put a switch in the car to toggle the ecu. Is there a fuse for the ecu? I wonder if toggling this before startup will work.
