Question Battery Cover

I was looking under the hood of my car with a friend and realised I have no idea how to take that cover of the battery, if I ever need to do so. It doesn't seem to be in the book either. I see a little picture but cannot figure it out.

Just be careful of those clips when you lift the cover up. My dealers have broken them twice and have to replace the new ones for me.

Removal...

There's one spring clip, in the center, along the engine side of the battery that has to be pressed in to release it. Then pull straight up on the cover. It's hard to remove it the first time, just apply steady pressure, don't jerk at it, and it will come off, very suddenly, so expect that.

It seems to work best grabbing the cover at diagonal corners - the top left of the engine side and the bottom right of the fender side.
