Baking headlights
Alright so i just removed my headlights and have replacements in there for now, I want to bake my head lights to clear them and add angel eyes only problem is, I'm nervous about baking them. Can anyone tell me how it is done step by step so i can do it right without any moisture when i have the finished product? Thanks guys.
Ask JnC and have him do it, hes the headlight god. His thread is literally 2 spaces down. Hearty, bake them at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. That's enough time to get the silicone adhesive to warm up and then you can pull the clear lens away from the headlight body.
When you reseal the headlights, re-bake them to "activate" the adhesive. Same 200 degrees for another 20 minutes.
