Just had my first B12 service done. $250 is steep for what they do, with about $175 of that for labor. I have the A1 and B1 services done at the local oil shop, so I think it's good to have Acura look at the car once in a while.

They tested the battery and found that it was not up to par, and replaced it. New battery plus the cost of a synthetic oil change, new filters, and all the free snacks I want almost adds up to the cost anyway.

Oh, and they ordered a new driver's seat bottom, and they're going to replace it because something is broken inside. Nice to get all this taken care of at once!

Also, I brought 5 qt Royal Purple for the change.

It's nice to have a good dealership experience.
