I was wondering if I could put up a WTB? I can't post in the black market yet so I was wondering if I could put it up here.

 

I guess they want your post count up. They aren't going to let you post in this section that's for sure. This thread will be closed soon. But you have 103 posts, so I don't know what the reason is.

 

You have to be on AZ for at least 15 days and have 3 posts before you can post a WTB thread in the Black Market (which is the only place these types of threads are allowed).

Here's the relevant portion of the rules:

Members may not start a new thread until they have been registered for 15 days and have at least 3 posts, but they may respond to other threads if they wish, and make purchases, and also post Want To Buy (WTB) threads, when eligible. Members are cautioned to not mention any items for sale or trade when posting in other threads.

You still have a few days left since you registered on December 6th.
