During an oil change saw my passenger side axle vibration damper was rotted out, rusted and breaking apart.
Any advise I'm leaning towards doing nothing as otherwise the axle looked fine.

 

Know they can replaced, but chances are the axles need to be split to replace. some dampers actually can be broken apart and are just bolted together. See they're just $14.
If the axle needs to be split, I'd just let them deteriorate, no problem.

 

Update the passenger side snapped near the middle...replacement ordered.
