Axis MOD seven!

Will these fit on a 2004 TL?

the 18" version that i like are 18x7.5 and the offset is 42mm. Will this fit? i know the wheels are maybe 0.5" not wide enough, and the offset is not optimal. Will they fit and if they do, what problems will i run into with the less wide wheel and the 42mm offset?
Thanks

hubcentric spacers/adapters for the front IF you have a 6spd with BREMBOS...for those with sparkomatics.. they will fit without any modifications..

any size diameter will fit, the brembos have to do with the offset of the wheels not the diameter..
