Auto Shift knob
I've got the Acura wood shifter. Not really aftermarket, I guess, since it's Acura.
Some people don't like it for any or all of the following reasons: it's a bitch to put on, it has a chrome ring that doesn't match the brushed metal on the shift stem, it doesn't completely cover the threads, it's "too much wood" in the console for some people's tastes.
To which I say: my salesman put it on, I noticed the chrome ring and the exposed threads for like 5 seconds and have not since given it a second thought, and the whole point for me was to get more wood in the car!
You can get it online for around $90, much less than most dealers charge.
There may be other options in the after market, I dunno.
