For some of you who know Jon Martin who is the Service Manager at Southbay Acura. Starting in Jan. he will be at Cerritos Acura and will be providing the same quality service as he always does. So for some of you guys who have been driving from the 626,909,949, and 714 he will be a lot closer for you guys now.

Tony at Glendale Acura's service department is the best!!!
he helped me out so much for any and everything on my 2002 TL-S, 2005 TL, and even my 05 clk500. He is always willing to help out any way poss.

Bummer......I will be calling him on Monday or Tuesday. I just saw him two weeks ago and not a peep. I presume he is going as service mgr. right? The best around period. He was telling me that Joey (sales mgr.) was there. Cerritos is part of Power and a much bigger dealership.

Yes he will be service manager there. I can't wait to check him out at Cerritos myself. Cerritos is way bigger then Southbay Acura.....it will be a good change for him and gives me an excuse to take a drive to visit him.

Cerritos Acura is not part of Power. Acura of South Bay is the only Acura dealership owned by Autonation besides Acura of Stevens Creek in San Jose. Cerritos has the worst customer service!!

Well I am not here to debate about customer service as in buying a car. I am just simply stating that Jon Martin has moved there and he will continue to provide great service as he did at South Bay Acura. As far as the service part goes I know Jon will do an excellent job, so my Acuras will be going to him for service. I have dealt with Acura dealerships in the front end and most were pretty bad in customer service. South Coast Acura was one of the worst I have dealt with and I will never buy a car from them.

Yup.tony also helped me with my 05 TL and also with a few after market parts. But the. thing is i dont really like going to Glendale because of all the cops, so i try my best to just to go to glendale for the service only
