I Just bought a 2007 Acura Tl Base last summer. It Only had 45,000 miles on it.
After reading many threads on acurazine, i decided the next modification i want is the Aspec Spoiler kit for my base tl. I Found out that part had been discontinued years ago. After lots for research i found that www.Heeltoe.org Has aspec under spoilers kits in stock but they don't have the color I need (carbon bronze pearl). They do have The Type S Aspec Spoiler kit in carbon bronze pearl. I have read that the Type S front under spoiler does not fit on the base TL. Even the acura dealer ship parts department said type S lip does not fit on a base TL. But, the sellers at Heeltoe.org tell me different, they said that the base TL and the Type S Front under spoiler do fit.... I choose not to buy the Aspec Under spoiler from Heeltoe.org because i don't want to make a costly mistake. So now I am looking for used Aspec Spoiler Kit on craigslist or amazon. But i cant find nothing. Im beginning to give up on the idea of this modification.

 

carbon bronze pearl has been gone for a while now, all colors that are left are listed here as well:

Only chance would be to find that rare case of someone that never installed it, dealer that never sold it or weridly pops up from one of the acura wearhouses..

 

Just a buy in another color and have it repainted. Is that an option for you Kev?

 

Its a very costly option. 1,200 for the aspec kit (shipping Included). The 700-800 for the kit to be painted. with that cost in mind, is it worth it?

 

No, money better spent on maintenance.

 

No maintenance needed. the TL is in pristine condition. I'm considering getting a rear spoiler, the kind that goes on the back window. I don't want to wasted money on those cheap one i see on Ebay. Any suggestion on where to get a good quality rear spoiler.

Some items do, and we do have promotions on items like our EndLess line and Lucenta line but a spec kits ship in a huge box which isn't cheap and we can't ship for free unfortunately. The shipping isn't really rated its just a flat rate $835 shipped. We were going to do $835 shipped free, but some people wanted single items, or two and it was hard to calculate that way with the way our website it set up. So the way to calculate that was to make each item $295 and fluctuate the shipping according to one piece, two piece or three which is why you see the discount for more than one piece added.
