Aspec side skirts only?

I can't find any pics of TL's with only the Aspec side skirts and base 08 front and back bumper.

Reason I'm asking is because my driver's side front skirt is damaged (from the previous owner), and instead of getting it repainted, I might as well get the Aspec lip. (Can't afford the whole kit right now though because I'm about to buy new tires for $700)

Any tips on an easy/cheap DIY fix to the stock lip is welcome too. Thanks!

You could prob fix that scuff for much less$ than buying new skirts. Looks like you have CBP. Finding CBP A-Spec side skirts is very difficult as the color is discontinued. But If your ultimate goal is to have the full lip kit at some point just buy the side skirts now and have them repainted. Your car wont look strange or stand out with just the A-Spec side skirts. The general public wont notice.

Is the paint scraped right off of that area?

Same thing pretty much happened to mine....BUnch of chipped paint and scuffed up from previous owner. I literally just placed my order for aspec sides only, I'll post a pic when installed.

I would suggest getting it fixed as well. Save some money for other mods!

Leave it alone, fix it (which there are tons of infomation on the internet), or save up and just buy the entire kit.

I paid 260 shipped for my sides, I'm sure by time I got my sides painted to just take them off later for my aspec it wouldn't be worth it.

^ OP doesnt need to repiant the entire side skirt; its a minor cosmetic damage that just needs some touch up so its not that noticable. He can later get the aspec kit for $720 shipped from AckTL05.

touchup was already used on the spot. the paint code was correct but as you can see it doesnt really match at all . maybe I'll head over to the dealership and see if they can get me an exact paint match

Well the panel is damaged more than just chipped paint. You can clearly see its deformed so even if you did somehow touch that area up it wont change the fact that its all deformed. Obviously money is a factor since you said you have to buy other things now and cant afford the entire kit, so to do the job CORRECTLY for the least amount of money would be to simply order a new oem painted skirt (non-aspec). They are cheap I think in the 100 dollar range and come painted. Those skirts are sold individually so just buy the one you need and call it a day.

If it's the cheap I'll probably go with replacing it with a base skirt. Where can I find these?

Dude just save your money and buy the aspec kit. No one is going to care about a minor cosmetic damage but you. You can save that towards the aspec kit because if you buy and sell the stock ones; you are not going to get what you paid for.

Good luck bro
