Aspec Side Skirt Question

Alright, so my TL is rolling in at 65,000 miles and is a 2005. The only part of the exterior of my car that has flaws in the side rocker panels. I am looking to eventually upgrade to the ASPEC kit, but dont really feel like dropping 700 as of now.

However, I cant stand to look at the scratches/cracks in the paint on my rocker panels (side skirts). Will it look odd if I get just the side aspec panels for now, and then eventually get the front and back? This wasy I dont have to get the oem ones repainted or anything in the time being.

Also, 65000 for a 2005, is that a low, average or high amoutn fo miles? I bought it with 45,000 in November 09 for 20,000. Great condition, navi and everything. Car still runs extremly solid. I plan on having it for as long as it is still runing (hopefully 200,000 + miles!)

Thanks for the input!

I dont think it would look to off... but i have never seen it done before. Maybe get the front and sides, then it wont look so off.
Also i would say 65k is average. i have an 06 with 69k but that high for the year. NADA takes 200 off the value for high mileage for an 06.

12-15k miles a year is said to be average. I barley drive and I have 61k on my 05. An 05 should have 72-90k miles, which is average and at 6 years old. An 06 average is 60-75k.

I get the a-spec kit for cheap and can get you individual pieces as well, let me know.
Front-$265 SHIPPED
Rear-$265 SHIPPED
Sides-$290 SHIPPED
Whole kit - $770 shipped.

That's what I paid for my kit 770 shipped.

The type s aspec sides versus the regulars was a big difference in my eyes. I dunno how base apsec sides look in person really. But I know just the type s apec sides would look stupid by themselves. They poke out more then factory type s sides.

I have an 06 and it has 35K miles .. what color is your car? Aspec sides alone won't look that bad as an interm ....

Check that link and there's a pic of a silver TL (1st response down) with the front and sides of the A-Spec on so you can get an idea of how it will look
