I have a question about the lower armrest compartment. Is that white plastic thing supposed to be a light? If it is, it's not lighting up. The power outlet in there doesn't work either, and I've already checked the fuse and it looks fine.

 

The light is only on when the car lights are on. Cheaper than putting in a switch, but also more reliable and nothing to break.

The power outlet only works when the key is on. Makes it hard to recharge your phone overnight, but also keeps the battery from running down.
