Anyone use "Acura Owners Link"?

Just wondering if anyone uses the owners link on the acura website.
https://www.ahm-ownerlink.com
Its pretty cool. I enter all my service records on there and print them out for back up. It also has all the maintenance minders just in case you lose your owners book. I also read all the info about ther car as well. Just my thoughts....

I use it for both my TL AND Honda Shadow motorcycle. It's a great place to go for information on service and other things relating to the car and bike.

I use Owners Link to post my TL's maintenance information. I also use it to pay on my wife's car loan (Accord), as anyone with a Honda Finance loan can.

You can also use it to find out about recalls (though they usually appear here first).

I check it occasionally to see if my local dealer is offering any service coupons/deals.

I tried booking a service appointment using it because I got an advert in the mail from Acura encouraging me to do so. Bad Idea. The dealer had no record of the appointment. To their credit, they serviced the car anyway and admitted that there seems to be some sort of bug in the electronic service appointment system. I'll call them next time. Too bad; I had hoped this would eliminate the need to talk to the lady at the dealer who doesn't speak English.

I did actually book a service appointment a while back. It worked out ok. The service advisor seemed kinda shocked that I had used that service. I guess they don't get too many of those.

Anybody's car breakdown out of state and had to use the Acura AAA to get their car towed and were they able to get a 2 day free hotel room with the service we get with the car?

I never booked an appointement through the internet for service. I guess cause I don't like to order pizza online as well. You know what I'm sayin? I rather call and confirm that I scheduled an appointment just to make sure. Other than that, the Acura owners link is very helpful.

I always order pizza online (well, except from Domino's, as they don't let you do it). I like it because I can order before leaving the office, tell them to deliver an hour and a half later, and have ample time to drive home, change, get the mail, etc. Plus I don't have to talk to someone whose English is so bad that she screws up my order

I love ordering anything online. It means that I don't have to talk to someone who probably will take down the information wrong anyway and I don't have to listen to sales pitches for crap I don't want or need.

Yeah I order online a lot, but not to buy pizza and service appointments.. LOL!!

As for the Owner's link, too bad you can't add the options on the picture. It just shows the trim of the car.
