Anyone replaced 3G TL kick panels and engine cowls

If so, where did you buy them. I seem to have lots of broken tabs and need to replace a few. Where i see them, sounds a bit $$$$

Are you talking about the engine covers? Leave them off. All they do is perpetuate heat soak and add unneeded weight to an already nose heavy car.

yhea i agree, adds a little heat but for a daily driver, heat isn't an issue..and weight? they like 10lbs all together.......they cover up all the ugly engine lines,hoses, etc....

Yeah, but in the summer these cars are highly prone to heat soak, and it seems to help if the covers are off. And honestly, I think it looks better without them, as long as the engine and bay are clean. I like to see my engine!

I totally agree. The only one I have on mine is the one covering the intake manifold...the rest are off.

I still have them, though...They will go back on if and when I sell the car, and they won't be damaged...LOL.
