Anyone know what this is?

Owned a 3rd Gen TL (2005) for the last 6-7 years, just bought a 2007 Type S this last Friday. I'm wondering what this is....On top of the dash very very low at the bottom of the windshield drivers side. I'm curious and really don't know how to go about even doing a search about it...

That’s the auto headlight sensor. So the car knows when to turn on the lights in auto mode.

The black dome thingy is used as a "sunlight sensor", it affects climate control depending on the sunlight intensity

No shit? Never thought to look that little greeble up. I'm currently chasing around an odd A/C issue that seems more logical than mechanical and I wonder if that thing is acting up.

Check the interior temperature sensor to the right of the steering column, they get clogged up and do weird things.

I replaced that sensor less than a year ago after discovering the housing had snapped off during one of my (or Acura's) adventures in the interior. I'll give it a check anyway at some point.
