That's a really good price. They don't mention the % of the tint though. They just call it "light smoke", but from the pictures, it looks to be medium darkness... not quite the "light smoke" I'm hoping for.

I had something similar on mine until a few months ago when I received a ticket for illegal modification to my headlights. Now I'm going to blacking out route with mine. The overlays were nice though and gave the lights some protection from rocks and such.
I had them on for a few weeks and I hated them. They are cheap and easy to install but they just look awful imo. Don't waste your money on these. Instead buy some paint and silicone and clear/black out your lights yourself!
