i believe these are listed in your owner's manual. Something like 46 mph is the "optimal" for 6th if I'm not mistaken. Don't quote me on that.

Sometimes it's easier and simpler to think of it this way: it's merely a rev matched downshift with brakes. push the brake and put your mind on doing the rev match. How you achieve this, either with your actual heel or side of your foot on the gas is up to you.

Completing this while on the go is pretty satisfying. Those of you with aftermarket exhausts will benefit by attracting attention of people around you...it's not everyday you hear a TL rev match while braking right before a quick turn. The 5AT is incapable of doing this.
