Anyone deal with AUTOTOYS

Has anyone ever bought from Autotoys?
It has been about a week now since I've made an order for a immobilizer for my compustar.
I made a purchase (Sunday 10 pm PST) and then in the morning I realized that they had another unit with a Databus/Immobilizer. So I did an e-mail (no phone support) and requested for a cancel order. Well to make a long story short. I haven't received any response and my ticket still saying the same status "On Hold, Researching" (ugh does it take a millenium to research?). Yesterday I posted a thread on their forums to ask about their cusotmer service and why I haven't received a response and within a few hours my thread was delete (WTF
). Well I also did threaten them telling them that if they don't respond to me I will plan on reporting them and inform my credit card agency of FRAUD.
So my question is what should I do? How much longer should I wait?
And here were some questions that I tried asking them with no luck
Regarding this product http://www.autotoys.com/x/cust/produ...cat=769&page=1 is there a way to use this without using a key like how this product: http://www.autotoys.com/x/cust/produ...cat=142&page=1 doesn't need one?
Or could is there just the databus module that can be hooked up to this product http://www.autotoys.com/x/cust/produ...cat=142&page=1 to avoid needing to use a key in the box?
maybe someone might be able to answer these questions. I like the whole idea of the databus but disslike the other part of its feature with having to put my key in the box.
Hope this is okay to say as I should warn you all from my Opinion don't deal with these people their customer service such like crap!!!!!!

i ordered a small 2 channel amp from there, and never received it. i emailed them numerous times then they said they had shipped it already. ok .... i waited and still nothing i got my amp 3 months after i ordered it, then i just gave it to my friend, cuz i had ordered another one from somewere else (got sick of waiting) and got it like 3 days. autotoys sucks ass, stay away!!!!!
