cool, very nice pics...saved me the trouble of posting my own pics (all I did was move the one from the back door to the front to show how it would look before I committed.) After seeing the result, I ordered the cover online and should be here next week.

Yes, refer to post #72 to locate the right color

Then refer to post #62 for a link to where to purchase this online (or just go to the dealer).

I just bought mine on-line and can't wait to get it on there. Excellent creative thinking guys!

Don't you just have to pop it in?

Just look at th epart .. you don't use the metal backing supplied with it.. you will see how it clips in .. then pull the door handle out a little bit and use a flat screwdriver to pry the clip over and just pop the new one on.

Here is 2 pix of the parts involved. The silver one stays screwed to the door. The white one is a clip on.

If you look at the flat end of the white piece you'll see a square part .. that just slips over a tab on the silver part.

To remoce the white part pull your door handle out a bit like your opening the door then slip a small flat blade scredriver in there and just pry the clip up as you pull up on it.

This pix shows the position just after its pryed off.

This one gives you an idea what the back tab assembly looks.

When you buy the part you get both pieces. You don't use the bare metal one .. it stays on the door.

I have a remote starter kit sitting in the closet, and wanted to put it the tl, but I am afraid it will mess up with the electronics or will give me warranty trouble..

Please let us know. Thanks!!
Yea, I would not recommend the remote starter. They do not have a module for you to use the stock acura flip key with the remote start so if you have remote start you basically have to use the valet key only. The other key will not work. I figured it wasnt worth it, but thats up to you.
