I notice that the knob-like thing is missing off of the part in the picture below. This sits on the intake manifold on the back. Any one know what this is? Will it be a problem with out the knob?

The item in question is a solenoid valve used for the active motor mounts. Whether it's a big deal without the knob, I'm not sure. Does your car feel any more "jerky" since you've noticed it missing? I'm kind of guessing that it's not a big deal. If it was, they wouldn't have made it a loose fitting.

Ok; that makes since. But not a big deal since I have aftermarket motor mounts. Thanks for the info!
