..okay, this is another vid. from that bodybuilder Milos... it's mostly on quads but some glutes and hamstrings too....

IMO, this vid. okay... he kinda rambles a lot... one minute he's doing a super slow rep. demo, then he goes into a (very) low weight, (very) high rep. demo... and fast too... I'm also disappointed that he didn't show the squat from a side view, he verbally emphazied the importance of NOT leaning forward, but it would've been nice to see the demo from the side...

...and also, I want to add... IF YOU HAVE BAD KNEES, DO NOT do lunges with the short ROM (range of motion), as he has in the video... from personal experience and over 400 clients... that is NOT ideal when you have sensitive or bad knees...

...but if you learn anything from the video... it is... when pressing off the heels (usually higher positioning on the platform) you'll isolate more to the glutes and hammies... and when pressing off the ball of the feet (usually lower on the platform), you'll hit the quads more...

But yeah, I have bad bad knees (ACL damage on both), so I have to be VERY careful.
