No difference that I have noticed. Should be some mid-model facelift this Fall though.

The front seats in the 05+ have 3 rows of stitches and some safety improvemennt with the seat belts. 06 adds tire presure monitering.

There ARE differences, though they might be minor to some.

the 05 got new sticthing for the butt print issuses and the 06 got TPMS and a beter torque management system

Not really sure about this one, but I think the tires are different. I have Michelins on my '06 and I noticed the '05 has Bridgestones.

Nope, I have the crappy Bridgestones on my '06 6MT. These tires are horrible. Not very good in the rain and I'm not expecting much in the snow. I will probably replace with Continental ContiExtreme Contact. We had those on my wife's old '01 cougar and they are an outstanding all season tire. 4 inches of snow up our driveway was never a problem.

06 NAV gets Michelins, and the 06 WDP gets Ebony interior.

My 06 has Bridgestones on it with the tire pressure monitoring system. Also the background of the screen in the non-nav TL has changed from gray to blue.
