Now that they have 08s in stock, are there any difference? even in the "noisy" rear suspension?
they're offering some good money on 07 S and I am sooooooooooooooooo tempted...............

 

I never had a 07 TL-S, but the 08 Type-S supposedly has the TSB to quiet the rear. I had owned 04,06 and 07 TL and will say the 08 Type-S rear is noisey than the base TL, but not by much, and compared to the complaints I have seen here on the 07 Type-S I suspec the TSB has resloved most of the issue, becasue I would be going nuts if mine made that much racket.
