I can see threads inside both of the circled holes. Also, the bolt above the right circle is leaking?

Right side of the engine bay, where the belts should be. Engine oil leak?

Engine oil fill up. Spilled oil, or leak?

I wish I took pics before, but the car was not driven or touched in 3 months. Left outside. I drove it for an hour after jumping the battery, warming everything, and letting the brakes get rid of accumulated rust.

I wonder if my gasket needs to be replaced. I also wonder if I am missing bolts, that the car was driven like this for 7 years atleast with no issues

#1) a tiny sheet metal heat deflector bolts into those holes which is also missing. Not a HUGE deal that it's missing, but you might be able to find one at a junkyard.
#2) leaking power steering pump (o-ring). Super easy to DIY.
#3 (and also #1) yea your valve covers are leaking oil. A bit more involved.

thanks for your help! Went ahead and DIYd the power steering O rings. Not sure if it fixed it as it was dark, but I hope so!

id like to diy the valve covers too, but it is a process. Haven’t done anything nearly this involved.

If you have 05-06 model the bolts and metal bracket missing is how they came from factory. 07-08 TL has a small metal bracket that act like a head shield for the middle coil pack.
