Cliffs on 3x3:

Drain and replace ATF. Check fluid level each time and then drive your car 5-10 min cycling through all the gears. Repeat 3x.

Redline Racing ATF. Mix in Redline Lightweight Racing ATF if you live in a cold climate.

Start reading here: https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-2004-2008-93/3g-tl-garage-faq-3g-tl-newbies-553554/

Read through the topics. How to Seafoam and ATF change (i.e. 3x3 and type of ATF are covered).

Look at the big Racing ATF thread in the Performance sub-forum for alternatives to Honda-type ATF.

Please use the search function next time!

Seafoam is a product designed to help clean the gas tank and other innards of the engine. It's great for older motors with like 200K on them. For our cars, a safer bet is just to use some redline SI-1 Fuel cleaner in the gas tank or Techron.

ATF-> You can use acura's new Revised Fluid, Redline D4, Redline Racing or Redline Lightweight. Please search about which fluid is right for you in which mixtures.

3x3 refers to a the transmission fluid change procedure. You drain the fluid, then refill 3 times.

Now that one's going to ingratiate ya' with the locals.

Sea Foam has a website with details about their products and how to use them. As for AT tranny fluid, there is so much info on these forums about that topic. You would be better served to spend some time searching and reading the different postings on this. It's quite obvious you know next to nothing about engines, drive trains, and cars in general and there is certainly no shame in that by any means. However, you'd be amazed at what you can learn in a relatively short amount of time.. at least the surface stuff.

Awwww mannnnnn, did I miss the Aaron and Justin tag team? It's okay, we will find another thread to work together with

OP I know searching for stuff can be a long process and annoying but PLEASE attempt it. Hundreds of threads would be created each day if people didn't search before posting. The mods have spend countless hours organizing the 3G Garage to make it easier for members to find the information they need. It's really not that hard.
