I got the All Season mats from http://www.handa-accessories.com/tl.html they fit perfectly. Cost me $100 + Shipping. The carpet mats that I had started to get dirty over time and looked very bad.

I agree. They're worth getting. I have the parchment interior and really don't feel like scrubbing the carpet or the regular floor mats after winter. The all-season ones are great in winter. They fit perfectly and are easy to clean. I never use mine other than during the winter though.

If anyone wants to save a few bucks for all season mats, the 03 Accord sedan's fit perfectly in the 04 TL. The drivers mat has the same holes for the carpet attachment hooks. Thet do have "ACCORD" embossed in the rubber on the front mats though. I found this out after keeping the mats I bought for an Accord that I sold.
I always have them toss in the mats when the price negotiation is done.
This time, they gave me these brown mats to match the camel interior. I used them about 2 weeks before I took them back to get black. The brown ones showed too much dirt. ( Including some shoe polish picked up from the sales persons dress shoe when he was demo-ing the nav for me when I picked it up.)
The Acura mats for my 2001 CLS fit the floow better, had higher sides, and were mad of a harder material.
The new mats are a bit softer, so dirt like shoe polish and oily gunk was very difficult to clean.
But overall, they are certainly worth the $. Especially if you live anywher but the desert. And you should always get this junk ( Matts, wheel locks , spoiler ) tossed in at the end.
When I bought the CLS they even gave me a spoiler in a box, cause I did not want one anyway. I sold it on ebay.

I have seen many posts about all season rubber mats and the comment I have to make is they are grossly over priced for what you get. In 1993 I bought generic all season mats and I have used the same set in every vehicle since . They show no wear and the current price is $15 for the fronts ans -$10 for the rears.
I use these year round not just in the winter. So if ya want good economical mats go this way .. if you want status .. go branded for 5 X as much.
