Are you guys cleaning the entire dash or just the section by the passenger side? Different material on driver side - just wondering when you use vinylex, fantastic, pledge - whatever you choose to use - if you are doing all of it or just parts....

I just use a Swiffer mit on the entire dash and console area.....the only thing that ever gets on it is dust.

 

Not true in my TL. Repeating things loudly for the voice recognition system, screaming at other drivers, and singing along to the DVD-A have all conspired to place a layer of spittle on my dash that would eat your Swiffer for breakfast, followed by a California Duster for dessert.

Being a typical throw-away American, I like "wipes" products. Armor All has one, but reportedly that stuff will eventually give your dash all the suppleness of a three-day old corpse. So I recommend Vinylex, which is good stuff and also comes in a wipes product.
