So I get my registration card from the DMV with my plates, I figure I put the card in my glove compartment. To my surprise, the key doesn't work (regular key, NOT valet key). I got inside the house, grab the other set of keys, try it, again, the lock doesn't budge. I tried both black keys and the lock won't move! What the heck is going on here?! :banghead:

 

If this is a persistent problem, your dealer can easily replace the entire glove box. I had it done without any problem. My problem was that I couldn't open it at all!
