Aftermarket Seats and grill modification

Hello everyone! It may be in here, and sorry if this is an over asked question (or two)... but if I switched out my cracked leather seats for some upgraded racing seats, what am I supposed to do with the wiring harness? And does the airbag light come on? Since your seat airbags are removed?

Secondly, what are some other grill modification options? I’ve seen the shark mouth... but that’s about it, it isnt a bad looking choice... but I’ve seen a few grill that’s looked different and can’t seem to find any information... and figured this was the best place to check!

thank you all in advance for any info you may have!

throw some resistors on the air bag sensor! tuck the wireharness into the carpet.

there is basically no other grille choice....personally, I still enjoy acura's stock grille. Dont ruin it!

i like the look of the stock grill as well... at least, I like it more than the shark mouth... just wanted to check my options, if any.

and resistors on the sensor, makes sense, not exactly sure how to do that but I think that sounds like the verbiage i needed to start a proper search, so, thank you kindly!

those vids should get you closer to your results!!

as far as the grille, yeah, there just isnt much aftermarket support, as the stock grille looks very very good!

not sure about the seats, i would think it would throw an airbag code but there's probably a way to bypass it. just tuck the harness and hide it lol in case you ever want to revert back.

either the erpm shark mouth or ronjon grille.

https://acurazine.com/forums/third-g...-think-834817/

not sure if you would be able to find the latter easily though. i like the look of the shark mouth, i have an unpainted one that i still want to wrap and put on... dreading cutting the oem bumper though.

other than that you can get some mesh and design/make your own

Morning Gatrhunpy, I am interested in purchasing the seats if you are selling, located in NC but have family in northern florida. Trying to figure out if I want to go full replacement with autocustomleathers or try to find better shape seats. It's unfortunate because mine aren't bad but the centers are starting to rip here and there and I know it's the beginning of the end.

Those do look good. Unfortunately +1ft height differential between my wife and I might make that problematic at times haha. I'm going with the autocustomleather com set. I think they are a sponsor and looks like high quality. Can't wait to not look at the ripped up nastyness every time I get in.
