AEM CAI Install questions....

Hey,

I just bought a used AEM CAI intake from my buddy who took it off his 05 TL. It is in great condition and the filter has only about 1,000 miles on it.

My concern is that when he gave it to me, he only gave me the inlet pipe, air filter and silicone reducers/3" hose clamps to connect the pipe to the engine and the filter.

When i look at the kits online, I see that they come with multiple hoses (breather hose, etc) and a vibration mount, all of which i don't have. I'm assuming these are necessary to complete the install and was wondering how I can go about getting them. Im not sure what parts I need...

Thanks! Any help would be appreciated, I want to install this mod as soon as possible.

the hoses you can get at any auto parts store. The vibramount isn't needed 100% but it would be very good to have because it helps to keep the intake from banging around.

Not only that your stock airbox uses a vibramount you could just reuse..
