Is this adjustable?..under headlight

i hope Sezniko doesnt mind .. i'm noticing a gap between the headlight and bumper so i'm not sure if its because of that piece

That would be the headlight bracket.

you can try bending it a little and messing with what screw you use first to get a better angle on it. You can also have someone push it the way you want it as you tighten it. Will not move too much though.

Yes, that bracket is adjustable. There are slots on the mounting tabs.

You can take it off and grind the holes bigger, or bend it. Bending it is easiest and the way its done in the body shops...
