Adapt van battery

Hello Acura owners! It's been a while! I hope everybody is doing fine!
I have a question: would a 2000 astro van battery work on a 3g tl? i mean fitment/amp wise?
The battery has side terminals as opposed to top posts. I think could rig something up (replace the tl terminals) to connect it properly. It's literally a brand new battery that I ended up not needing and I can't take it back to the store, hence the crazy idea. Any help? Thanks.

I wouldn't modify my car to that extent just to use a battery that I can't return. I would quicker sell it, and purchase a proper one with top mount posts.

With that said, the battery will physically fit in that location, but IMO, it isn't worth modifying the car for.

Sound advice. Thanks.
