Oh, I gotcha. So basically, they dropped the green and changed the name of blue and silver without adding another color choice? (I know, they probably changed the shades of blue and silver slightly - but I'm sure not drastically.) I guess I was just bummed from the beginning when I was test driving and green wasn't available with ebony interior...and now the RRP doesn't come available in ebony either.

between tpms and the warranty extension I guess i'll be waiting for an 06 instead of buying an 05. Too bad the new steering wheels are so overpriced, the lighter wood color one looks nice!

when are the 2006's due to be hitting the lots?
i went and test drove an o5 this weekened and of course the salesman was pushing the 05. "youll get a great deal on an 05, you dont want a TMPS anyway...waste of money...do you really want a WDP with Ebony?"" we never sell many of those"
well of course you dont. it hasnt been available before!
of well. he said the 06's were on order, but they did have about 12 05 still on the lot. im sure they would deal pretty good on them

wood added on
are these wood pieces added on with double sided tape or are they factory molded in...i dont like the double side tape idea cause after a few year it might peel off...nasty looking

All the additional wood pieces that you see outside the door panels, the little compartment by the shifter and around the shifter are stickers. It’s not double sided tape.
I had my 2000 TL done and it stills looks like new, even with the Texas heat.

The darker wood gives it a different look. Still looks good.
For people who plan on getting the carbon fiber wheel, i'd recommend getting the ASPEC wheel instead. The ASPEC wheel has a different feel, not just an appereance aspect.
