I'm in a similar position: BMW and Honda dealers in town; Acura dealers two hours away.
I decided on the TL-MT after driving the 330, 530 and the TL and reading as much as I could about all three. I was willing to trade the convenience of a local dealer for greater dependability and better value. I will know in time about the wisdom of my decision.

330i complete maintenance coverage for 3 yrs or 60,000 km including oil changes, brakes, wipers....everything.
1 free car wash per week for 3 yrs.
BMW also gave me a choice of tires.
Drove both cars and the decision was a no brainer !
Last time I enjoyed a car so much was the 1967 mustang.
